Leider lag unsere Reservierung nicht vor und wir waren somit nicht angemeldet.Die Gastgeber haben es schnell gelöst und wir konnten die 10 minütige Führung durch den Raum für den Herstellungsprozess besichtigen. Abschießend gab es die Schinken und Käseplatte, sowie 2 unterschiedliche Olivenölsorten
Live a unique experience by visiting an oil mill by Lake Garda to enjoy a oil tasting accompanied by an aperitif at Lake Garda! The aperitif in the oil mill is a new and refined proposal linked to the territory. Olive oil is certainly one of the main products that represent the traditional flavors, and it has sensational scents and aromas.
You can custom your experience by choosing between 'aperitif' or 'easy lunch' experience or book your grilled dinner, as Italian style.
During the aperitif, you could taste the oil of the mill, combined with a board with samples and cheeses and a glass of wine. The easy lunch is a good alternative to the aperitif, as you could sit and enjoy a richer and more comfortable experience. The dishes will be strictly prepared with extra virgin olive oil produced by the mill and without preservatives, such as sauces and vegetables in oil.
