Begin your journey in the heart of Rome at Campo de’ Fiori, where the staff will greet you. This charming square is surrounded by Renaissance buildings and lively market stalls, making it the perfect spot to dive into the city’s atmosphere.
From there, walk through the historic centre to Largo di Torre Argentina, an archaeological site with the remains of four ancient Roman temples. It’s also known as the site of Julius Caesar’s assassination in 44 BC—an event that shaped Roman history. Continue along Rome’s streets, where every corner reveals hidden churches, noble palaces, or ornate fountains.
Arrive at the Pantheon, one of the best-preserved monuments of Ancient Rome. Built by Agrippa in 27 BC as a temple to all gods, it was later consecrated as a Christian church, helping preserve it through the centuries. Explore freely inside. Admire the massive dome—the largest unreinforced concrete dome in the world—and the oculus, a skylight open to the heavens. Don’t miss the tombs of Raphael and King Victor Emmanuel II.
