Boat Trip to Lindos with Swim Stops from Rhodes Port

Not a lot to enjoy im sorry . Thought we'd try a boat trip for a change but it was way to long . Seven odd hours on a boat with only two and a bit hours in lindos . Not really enough time to do anything. Im not sayin it was a bad trip just not for us . It was a long day all in all ..

It was a long bus ride to Rhodes town as we had to pick up many others. By the time we got to the boat there were no outside seats left so we had to sit inside. This wasn’t so bad but everyone who smoked stood in the entrance to the cabin so there was constant cigarette smoke where we were sitting. Getting the bus after the trip was chaos and the guide didn’t seem to know where the buses were!

8 hour boat trip from Rhodes to Lindos We were picked up over an hour late by the transfer, there also wasn't a TUl rep at our hotel so we couldn't find out why the bus was so late for pickup. Boat trip was just on a gorified ferry. However the views and actual trip were beautiful and the swimming was amazing. We then got back to the port where the bus transfer was again hecktick and awfully organised. And the bus driver was awfully rude and abrupt when we tried to find out if it was correct bus

Relaxing boat trip with good swi. Stops, and enough time at Lindos. However, our pick up was an hour late. The uk helpline we phoned was very helpful, but when we were finally picked, after an hours delay. There was no apology or explanation. When we returned to Rhodes, there was a lack of communication, of which bus we were returning on, and reps didn't know which passengers were in each bus. Luckily the bus driver knew.

The male guide we had wasn’t the best . We left one part of the trip leaving 9 people behind. There was a lack of knowledge telling us about we could see and where we should go to see things

Hotel pick-up was nice and handy. The boat was pretty quiet with no activities, so we were left to relax and enjoy the scenery. Good selection of drinks and snacks, and much better priced than I expected (5€ cocktails and iced coffees, 2€ coffees). Two swim stops of about 20 minutes each and 3 hours free time in Lindos, which was more than enough for lunch and a little sight seeing.
