Round-trip shuttle bus to Fornells

The transport was excellent. Comfortable and on time. The one issue we had is that the driver didn't speak or understand English, so this was a problem when trying to clarify the return time. I would have thought that any person involved in the tourist industry would speak basic English at the least.

Had to get a taxi back as bus pick up time was very unclear and driver on the way couldn’t speak English to explain pick up time to us. Trip details said the guide would be English speaking!

Seats have very cramped legroom on flight, very clostrophobic and flight too hot with no air from vents causing me to pass out on outbound flight. Lost luggage on return flight although this appears to have been found. The hotel and location were lovely

Pick ups and Transfer home far too long. Took 2 hours to get back to hotel. Too late for lunch! It was supposed to be a half day trip felt like a full day

Tui service was excellent. Wouldn't stay at the accommodation again due to lack of security of the complex and constant inconsiderate holiday makers taking over swimming pools, screaming and shouting day and night.
