Begin your journey to the top with a visit to the incredible 4D cinema. Let the special sensory effects and incredible filming bring the history of the Blackpool Tower to life in front of your eyes. Then take a trip 380ft into the sky to the top of The Blackpool Tower and experience the thrilling floor to ceiling viewing platform showcasing views across the Northwest. Walk out if you dare and gaze out at the resort below you.

Head up to the top outside levels of the Blackpool Tower to experience the elements at 416ft above the ground. See the Northwest of England spread out before you with views over Bowland, up to the Lake District and on a clear day down to Liverpool.

Meeting point:
Find the Blackpool Tower right on the Promenade, easy to reach with public transport. The central pier stop is just a 10-minute walk away. The disabled access into The Blackpool Tower is via Bank Hey Street (opposite of Primark).
What to remember

Accessibility:

  • You can find toilets with disabled access throughout the building including a Changing Places toilet. Please keep in mind that all disabled toilets require access by radar key, you can request one at a member of staff

Know in advance:

  • Your ticket entitles you entry to Blackpool's ultimate 4D cinema experience before a flight to the top of the Blackpool Tower Eye, with entrance at a chosen 15-minute time slot
  • The attraction is subject to weather conditions and can close in high winds, or poor weather
  • Tickets will not be refunded, however your tickets are valid for one use within 90 days. You'll receive more instructions about date changes on your voucher
  • 14-year-olds and under need to be accompanied by an adult aged 18+
  • Carer tickets must be purchased with a full paying adult ticket. Caregivers must show their correct documentation at the entrance

    I was so excited to be ticking off a thing to do on my bucket list and I must say I wasn’t disappointed.Had to do it on my own as my husband hates heights. Loved the show before the Experience. Thank you.

    Unfortunately never made it up the tower due to the weather conditions. swapped to see the circus and we loved it.
