Accessibility:
- Due to conditions inside the Duomo (463 steps and fairly narrow), wheelchairs, those with limited mobility, and anyone with claustrophobia cannot be accommodated on this tour

- This is a walking tour. Guests should be able to walk at a moderate pace without difficulty
- The tour meeting time is 15 minutes prior to the start time. No refunds can be provided for late arrivals or no-shows
- Only the morning tour will briefly tour the Florence cathedral. The afternoon tour will enjoy a view of the cathedral's interior from above during the climb to the Duomo terraces. The order of the itinerary may vary to avoid the crowds and enhance your experience
- Guests may be asked to go through security on this tour. Only small handbags and backpacks are allowed inside the Accademia museum. There is no bag check or storage available
- Minors under 18 years must be accompanied by an adult to climb the Terraces
