Bring your voucher to the At the Top Will Call counter, located on the lower ground level of the Dubai Mall, at any time to pick up your tickets. Plan to arrive at the Burj Khalifa at least 15–20 minutes before your scheduled admission time.

Tickets purchased are only valid for the specific date and time shown on them
Your ticket includes: entry to the world's highest lounge (levels 152, 153 and 154); entry to the world's highest observation deck (level 148); entry to all other levels and experiences (levels 124 and 125); priority access; a multilingual guided tour; a welcome drink; unlimited refreshments (tea, coffee and soft drinks); unlimited gourmet canapés
To ensure your safety, the outdoor terrace may need to close during severe weather conditions. Unfortunately, refunds and rain checks cannot be offered in the event of inclement weather
Personal handbags and purses are allowed. However, shopping bags, pushchairs, sports bags and backpacks must be stored in the secure baggage check room near the entrance

Great experience. We beat the huge queues by booking in advance and the “Gold sticker” service was incredible. We could access floors from 148 to 154 which had good seating arrangements, plentiful unlimited buffet and incredible views. We stayed for more than two hours and experienced the incredible views in daylight and darkness. Spectacular!!

Wat een hoogte en wat een view. Helemaal naar boven en echt on top of the World! Wat een ervaring ook weer. Wel wat weinig stoelen op de bovenste verdiepingen om alle mensen te kunnen late zitten.

Sehr schöner Abend mit Sonnenuntergang auf der Außenplattform. Das Essen (Häppchen) war sehr lecker. Das Personal könnte etwas aufmerksamer sein und Getränke anbieten. Man muss danach fragen. Aber alle sind sehr freundlich und es ist wirklich gut organisiert. Der VIP Zugang hat sich gelohnt.
